RefundsRegistration fees for bookings canceled prior to November 10, 2016 will be refunded less a 10% cancellation fee. Fees for manuals will be refunded less 20% cancellation fee. No refunds for cancellations after November 10, 2016.
You will receive a confirmation email when you complete and pay for your registration. Our system counts both registrations and the purchase of manuals as reservations, so the email will confirm a number of reservations equal to the number of people you registered plus the number of manuals you ordered. For example, if you reserve a space for yourself and purchase a manual the email will confirm two reservations, one for your registration and one for your manual.
